I went to traditional chiropractic for 25 years weekly, plus massage therapy to keep the pain bearable. Dr. Sheppard’s additional training as an upper cervical chiropractic practitioner, which focuses on issues in the neck where every nerve is bundled, is like night and day. I go as needed and am no longer in chronic pain. She is pleasant, highly invested in helping her patients, and most of all the adjustments have brought me down from a pain level around 8 to 3 or less. I brought in my daughter and her young children who are doing great. Recently my son in law also started and is getting good results on correcting severe damage in his neck from a head on car collision. I am so grateful to finally find a cervical chiropractor!
